On behalf of everyone at NOEA, we’d like to both pass on our condolences to the friends and family of Vince Power, who sadly passed this week, but also celebrate his legacy and contribution to the events world.
Vince and his Mean Fiddler colleagues, through his vision, created music festivals we all know and love, and grew the Mean Fiddler brand into the largest player in the market.
We’re fortunate, throughout our history as an industry, to have had so many characters input their ideas, creativity and enthusiasm to create events that give pleasure to millions around the UK, and platforms for new and exciting creative talent. Vince was one of the most well known and respected of these figures.
We thank him, and the many teams who supported him throughout his glittering career, for his incredible contribution to this great industry.
