The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) has announced the continued support of long-standing industry partner Qdos Event Hire, alongside a new partnership with NoNonsense Group, as excitement continues to build around this year’s NOEA Awards.
Taking place in Bath this November, the Awards continue to celebrate the people, businesses and projects helping shape the outdoor events industry. The continued backing of established supporters, alongside new industry partners, underlines the importance of recognising excellence across the sector.
Qdos returns as a valued supporter of the Awards, continuing a long-standing relationship with NOEA and its members, and sponsoring the Regional Event of the Year Award category. Alongside them, NoNonsense Group joins the NOEA Awards family for the first time, supporting the Event Organiser of the Year category.
Specialising in staging and bespoke temporary structures for live events in the UK and globally, NoNonsense Group delivers award-winning structural solutions across festivals, touring productions, brand activations and complex live environments.
Susan Tanner, CEO of NOEA, commented: “Supporters are hugely important to the NOEA Awards and to the wider work we do across the industry. They don’t just help us stage an event; they actively invest in recognising excellence, celebrating people and supporting the businesses and individuals helping our sector move forward.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Qdos for their continued support and commitment to the industry over many years. Equally, we’re delighted to welcome NoNonsense Group. The fact that organisations continue to support and invest in these Awards reflects the value they place on the wider outdoor events sector and the people within it.”
James Thomas, Managing Director, Qdos, added, “NOEA plays an important role in representing the outdoor events industry. The Awards recognise the people and projects helping move the sector forward and we’re proud to be a part of helping them continue to do so.”
Liz Madden, Co-Founder of NoNonsense, said, “We’re delighted to be supporting the NOEA Awards and especially the Event Organiser of the Year category. Event organisers sit at the centre of every successful project and understand the complexity involved in bringing great experiences to life.”
The NOEA Awards form part of the Association’s Annual Convention and Awards programme in Bath on 26–27 November 26 and celebrate the people, projects and organisations shaping the future of outdoor events.
